• Charles Prow

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Chuck Prow is the president and chief executive officer of Vectrus, as well as a member of the Vectrus board of directors. He was appointed to both positions in December 2016. Chuck has more than 30 years of information technology and federal services experience, including leadership positions at IBM Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand. During his career, he has run large global government services organizations, delivering solutions to a wide array of Department of Defense and other government customers. He served in multiple roles with IBM Corporation, including general manager of global government industry for IBM’s technology and services competencies, where he had responsibility for global revenues exceeding $9 billion. While at IBM, Chuck was successful in creating market differentiation through the integration of IBM’s technology and service competencies. He established strategies that focused on delivering complex solutions to critical government missions for national security, federal civilian agencies, and state and local entities. These efforts resulted in market share expansion, revenue growth, and margin improvement. Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in management and data processing from Northwest Missouri State University. He serves on the board of directors for both the International Research and Exchange Board and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

  • Matthew M. Klein

    Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

    Matt Klein is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Vectrus. He served in the same capacity for Exelis Mission Systems, the predecessor company to Vectrus, starting in 2011. Prior to this position, Matt was the assistant controller for ITT Electronic Systems, Communications Systems located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and was acting assistant controller for ITT Electronic Systems, Radar, Reconnaissance and Acoustic Systems in Van Nuys, California. In addition, Matt served in the ITT internal audit department leading audits for units worldwide. He joined ITT Corporation in 1996. Matt has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and is a certified public accountant.

  • Susan Deagle

    Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer

    Sue Deagle serves as senior vice president and chief growth officer at Vectrus, where she is responsible for the corporation’s revenue growth, partnerships, strategy, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining Vectrus in May 2017, Sue served as vice president and integration executive for an acquisition aligned with the inception of IBM’s Watson Health business unit. In that role, Sue was responsible for driving revenue growth through the integration of acquired solutions into the broader Watson Health suite, while leveraging IBM’s business processes to standardize operations. She also drove human capital integration and headcount growth. Sue previously served as vice president for sales and distribution strategy for IBM's U.S. federal and government industries, where she drove cross-brand and cross-sell opportunities to increase market penetration. In that role, she devised and executed a sales approach that included developing key partner relationships, branding campaigns, and marketing approaches that used business development resources most efficiently. While at IBM, she also created and ran the federal government-wide acquisition contract center. Throughout her 13 years with IBM, and her prior experience with Cyveillance, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and EDS, Sue demonstrated the ability to lead large teams in achieving growth by creating differentiation and fostering innovation. She earned her master’s in business administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Grove City College, where she graduated cum laude.

  • David A. Hathaway

    Senior Vice President, Programs

    David A. Hathaway is the Senior Vice President of Programs at Vectrus, joining the company in October 2017. He is responsible for program execution and client service delivery across Vectrus markets, including managing business results and profit loss for multiple program portfolios, developing and executing client mission support strategies, and creating new growth opportunities in multiple Vectrus lines of business. Most recently, David served as Vice President for Defense and Intelligence at IBM Global Services responsible for service delivery to clients in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to this role, David held similar senior leadership roles in IBM Global Services, including Vice President for the Application Development and Integration service line responsible for custom software development, systems integration and engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, and program management. David also served on international assignment to IBM Canada where he led Global Services in the Canadian Public Sector which included Federal, Provincial, Healthcare, and Education markets.David graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1988 and earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton in 1992. David served seven years on active duty in the Air Force as a Communications-Computer Systems Officer. He had multiple assignments focused on information technology acquisition, research and development program management, and communications operations and maintenance. David completed military service at The Pentagon, Washington D.C., and currently lives in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
  • Kevin A. Leonard

    Senior Vice President, Army and Expeditionary Programs

    Kevin Leonard is the senior vice president for Army and Expeditionary Programs at Vectrus, responsible for the development and execution of short- and long-term strategies for this area of the company’s business. Prior to joining Vectrus in April 2017, Kevin served as the vice president of contingency operations for Fluor Government Group. In this role, his responsibilities included the strategic planning and global execution of services supporting commercial clients, the U.S. federal government, and select foreign governments. His team supported a diverse set of clients to include the Department of Defense (U.S. Army, Air Force, Marine Corps and Central Command), Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Kevin is a retired U.S. Army major general with a distinguished 33-year career leading complex transportation and logistics organizations. Following his military career, Kevin served as the director of launch operations for Amazon, where he and his team delivered eight new fulfillment centers in a four-month period resulting in significant savings for Amazon with respect to resources, manpower, and cycle time. Kevin earned his master’s in business administration from Oklahoma City University and a master’s in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. Kevin was awarded The Distinguished Alumni award at Emporia State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree. In 2014, Kevin was the recipient of the prestigious NDIA Logistician Emeritus award for his work at countering the IED threat in Southwest Asia, and he continues to serve as a sitting member of the Defense Science Board, studying survivable logistics for the Secretary of Defense.

  • Kevin T. Boyle

    Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

    Kevin Boyle serves as senior vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel for Vectrus. He is responsible for all legal matters as well as the trade compliance, security, facilities, ethics and compliance, and environmental, safety and health functions for the company. Kevin has a career spanning more than 20 years in senior legal and business roles working with and advising the C-suite and boards of directors of public and private companies, ranging in size from early stage to over $4 billion in revenue. He has deep experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), leading capital raising strategies, strategic planning, risk management, performance improvement, and corporate governance. He also has extensive knowledge of government contracts, securities law, and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Vectrus in October 2018, Kevin served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Vencore, Inc., a $1.2 billion provider of information solutions, cyber security, engineering, and analytics for the U.S. government and intelligence community. He led Vencore through its initial public offering and a strategic transaction process that resulted in their merger with the U.S. public sector business of DXC Technology and Key Point Government Solutions to create Perspecta, Inc. Before working at Vencore, Kevin was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary with Alion Science & Technology. He also served as general counsel for MCR and Vangent, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held similar senior positions with public and private technology services and product companies, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Anteon International Corporation, and InterWorld Corporation. Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.

  • Francis A. Peloso

    Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

    Frank Peloso serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Vectrus. Appointed to this role in 2010, Frank is responsible for all human resources activities and strategies. Previously, he was the vice president and director of human resources for the Exelis Mission Systems business, the predecessor company to Vectrus. He joined ITT Corporation in 2000, and worked across a variety of business areas, including ITT Corporation’s World Headquarters, ITT Mission Systems, ITT Communications Systems, and ITT Electronic Systems. Frank also served as the West Coast regional director for the Electronic Systems Division of ITT Corporation, and as the vice president and director of human resources for the Communications Systems Division of ITT Corporation. Frank holds a master’s degree in business administration from Fairfield University and a bachelor’s degree in theology from Georgetown University.

  • Kathryn Lamping

    Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

    Kathryn Lamping serves as deputy general counsel and corporate secretary for Vectrus. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the office of the corporate secretary, and for legal matters relating to corporate governance, SEC compliance, and stock exchange listing requirements. Kathryn previously served as deputy general counsel and assistant secretary from February 2015 to October 2018, and as associate general counsel and assistant secretary since assuming this position in 2014 for Exelis, the predecessor company to Vectrus. Previously, she served as deputy general counsel and assistant secretary from 2012 to 2014, and as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary from 2007 to 2012 at Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation. Before joining Integra, she served in numerous senior legal roles including managing counsel, corporate and assistant secretary at Ford Motor Company from 1998 to 2007. Kathryn holds a Master of Laws degree in corporate and finance law from Wayne State University Law School, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.

  • Kenneth W. Shreves

    Vice President, Business Development/Capture

    Ken Shreves is the vice president for business development and capture at Vectrus. He joined Vectrus in October 2017 from SOSi where he was vice president of business development. Prior to SOSi, he was at DynCorp International where he held multiple leadership positions to include vice president of national security solutions, vice president of international business development, general manager for DynEgypt, and vice president of business development for DynLogistics. Prior to his commercial career, Ken served in the U.S. Army as a logistics officer, retiring after 28 years of distinguished service. He commanded at every level through Brigade Command and culminated as the Army Chair at the National War College in Washington, D.C. Ken holds master’s degrees in administration from Central Michigan University and in national security studies from the National War College. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration – finance from the University of Florida.

  • Corinne Minton-Package

    Vice President, Solutions and Alliances

    Cori Minton-Package is the vice president for solutions and alliances at Vectrus. In this role, she is focused on leading product and solution strategy and execution, as well as building the Vectrus energy business. She joined Vectrus in September 2017 and was formerly with IBM, where she most recently served as the lead account partner for their healthcare practice. In that capacity, Minton-Package delivered growth and client value across many of IBM’s largest healthcare clients, drove the recovery of underperforming accounts, and led IBM’s growth initiatives in mobile and digital solutions. Over the course of her 18-year career with IBM, she held leadership positions across strategy, business development, sales, and marketing. Minton-Package earned her master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and bachelor’s degree in political science with honors from Kalamazoo College.

  • Patricia Curtis

    Vice President, Mission Support Services

    Pat Curtis is the vice president for mission support services at Vectrus, where she provides overall leadership and management for the company’s work with the intelligence community. She has more than 34 years of business development, program management, and security support services experience. Prior to joining Vectrus in January 2018, Pat served as vice president for SENTEL Corporation. Her background also includes former roles as senior security advisor for the Stanley Government Group, director of security operations and services for Facchina Global Services, and senior security representative for SAIC. She also served as the industrial and physical security chief at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and as information security program manager at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Pat’s awards include the Director of National Intelligence, the National Intelligence Meritorious unit citation and medal, and the NGA Award for Innovation. She also received a Department of the Army award for customer service while deploying teams overseas to Afghanistan, Nicaragua, and Panama. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Strayer University.

  • Maureen DiGiacomo

    Vice President of Contracts

    Maureen DiGiacomo serves as vice president of contracts for Vectrus, and is responsible for the oversight and operational execution of all contracting activities across the enterprise. She has more than 30 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of government contracts and has held positions of increasing authority spanning material management, purchasing, subcontracts, and contracts. Maureen joined Vectrus in November 2016, coming from Harris Corporation, where she was the director of contracts for the Critical Networks Segment. She is currently based out of the Vectrus office in Reston, Virginia, and holds a bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville State University.

  • Christine Ottobre

    Vice President of Supply Chain

    Christine (Kris) Ottobre is the vice president of supply chain at Vectrus, and is responsible for the operational execution and strategic direction of enterprise-wide procurement activities. She joined Vectrus in January 2017, and has more than 28 years of professional experience in the aerospace and defense industry, previously working for Lockheed Martin, Harris, Westinghouse Electric, and Bechtel Corporation. Her experience spans a variety of leadership and supply chain roles, including subcontracts program management, acquisition policy development and strategic outsourced capture, in both domestic and international spaces. Most recently, Kris served as the director of supply chain for the Critical Networks segment at Harris Corporation. She earned her master’s degree from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Grove City College. She is professionally accredited through the National Contracts Management Association as a certified professional contracts manager.
