• Chuck Prow

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Charles “Chuck” Prow is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Vectrus, Inc. He is also a member of the Vectrus Board of Directors. He was appointed to both positions in December 2016.

    Mr. Prow has more than 30 years of information technology and federal services experience, including leadership positions at IBM Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand. During his career, he has run large global government services organizations, delivering solutions to a wide array of Department of Defense and other government customers.

    He served in multiple roles with IBM Corporation including General Manager, Global Government Industry, IBM’s technology and services competencies, where he had responsibility for global revenues exceeding $9 billion. During his tenure at IBM, Mr Prow was successful in creating market differentiation through the integration of IBM’s technology and service competencies. He established strategies that focused on delivering complex solutions to critical government missions for national security, federal civilian agencies, and state and local entities. These efforts resulted in market share expansion, revenue growth, and margin improvement.

    Mr. Prow has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Data Processing from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Mo. He currently serves on the board of directors for the International Research and Exchange Board (IREX), the World Affairs Council-DC, and Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

  • Matthew M. Klein

    Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Klein serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was previously Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Exelis Mission Systems business and has served in this position since May 2011. Prior to this position, Mr. Klein was the Assistant Controller for ITT Electronic Systems, Communications Systems located in Fort Wayne, Indiana and was acting Assistant Controller for ITT Electronic Systems, Radar, Reconnaissance and Acoustic Systems in Van Nuys, CA. In addition, Mr. Klein served in the ITT internal audit department leading various audits for units worldwide. He joined ITT Corporation in 1996. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and is a CPA.

  • Susan Deagle

    Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer

    Susan "Sue" Deagle serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Vectrus. She is responsible for the corporation’s revenue growth, partnerships, strategy, marketing and business development.

    Most recently, Ms. Deagle served as Vice President and Integration Executive for an acquisition aligned with the inception of IBM’s Watson Health business unit. In that role, Ms. Deagle was responsible for driving revenue growth through the integration of acquired solutions into the broader Watson Health suite while leveraging IBM’s business processes to standardize operations. She also drove human capital integration and headcount growth.

    Ms. Deagle previously served as Vice President for sales and distribution strategy for IBM's U.S. Federal and Government Industries where she drove cross-brand and cross-sell opportunities to increase market penetration, expanding IBM's base business.  In that role, Ms. Deagle devised and executed a sales approach that included developing key partner relationships, branding campaigns, and marketing approaches that used business development resources most efficiently. While at IBM, she also created and ran the federal government wide Acquisition Contract Center.  

    Over the course of her career, Ms. Deagle has excelled in many different roles, ranging from Systems Engineer to Vice President of sales. Throughout her thirteen years with IBM and her prior experience with Cyveillance, PricewaterhouseCoopers and EDS, Ms. Deagle demonstrated the ability to lead large teams in achieving growth through creating differentiation and fostering innovation.

    She earned her MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from Grove City College where she graduated Cum Laude.

  • David A. Hathaway

    Senior Vice President, Programs

    David Hathaway is the Senior Vice President for Programs at Vectrus. He is responsible for the development and execution of short and long-term Program strategies designed to enhance our client’s missions and create new growth opportunities within and across the Vectrus lines of service.

    Most recently, David served as vice president and partner in IBM Global Business Services and leader of the Defense and Intelligence industry team, where he was responsible for service delivery to clients in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Prior to this role, Dave held similar senior leadership roles in IBM Global Services, including lead for the Application Development and Integration service line responsible for custom software development, systems integration and engineering, cloud computing, cyber security, and program management. David also served on international assignment to IBM Canada where he led GBS services in the Canadian public sector market which included Federal, Provincial, Healthcare, and Education.

    David earned a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the University of Dayton. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy, Dave served seven years on active duty in the Air Force as a Communications-Computer Systems Officer. He had multiple assignments focused on information technology acquisition, research and development program management, and communications operations and maintenance. Dave completed military service at The Pentagon, Washington D.C.

  • Kevin A. Leonard

    Senior Vice President, Army & Expeditionary Programs

    Kevin A. Leonard is the Senior Vice President for Army & Expeditionary Programs at Vectrus.  He is responsible for the development and execution of short and long-term strategies aimed at growing the Army & Expeditionary Programs business.

    Coming most recently from Fluor, Kevin served as the Vice President of contingency operations for Fluor Government Group.   In this role, his responsibilities included the strategic planning and global execution of services supporting commercial clients, the U.S. federal government and select foreign governments.  His team supported a diverse set of clients to include the DoD (U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Central Command), Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

    Kevin is also a retired U.S. Army Major General with a distinguished 33-year career leading complex transportation and logistics organizations.  Following his military career, Kevin served as the Director of Launch Operations for Amazon, where he assembled a launch team and successfully delivered eight new fulfillment centers in a four month period. This accomplishment resulted in significant savings with respect to resources, manpower and cycle time.

    Kevin earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University and has a master’s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. Kevin was awarded The Distinguished Alumni award at Emporia State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science.  In 2014, Kevin was the recipient of the prestigious NDIA "Logistician Emeritus" award for his work at countering the IED threat in Southwest Asia, and he continues to serve as a sitting member of the Defense Science Board studying "survivable logistics" for the Secretary of Defense.

  • Kevin T. Boyle

    Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

    Kevin Boyle serves as senior vice president, chief legal officer and general counsel for Vectrus. He is responsible for all legal matters as well as the trade compliance, security, facilities, ethics and compliance, and environmental, safety and health functions for the company. Kevin has a career spanning over 20 years in senior legal and business roles working with and advising the C-suite and boards of directors of public and private companies ranging in size from early stage to over $4 billion in revenues. He has deep experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), leading capital raising strategies, strategic planning, risk management, performance improvement and corporate governance. He also has extensive knowledge of government contracts, securities law and intellectual property law. Kevin was most recently senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Vencore, Inc., a $1.2 billion provider of information solutions, cyber security, engineering and analytics for the U.S. government and intelligence community. He led Vencore through its initial public offering and a strategic transaction process that resulted in their merger with the U.S. public sector business of DXC Technology and Key Point Government Solutions to create Perspecta, Inc. Prior to Vencore, Kevin was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary with Alion Science & Technology. He also served as general counsel for MCR and Vangent, Inc. Earlier in his career, he held similar senior positions with public and private technology services and product companies, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Anteon International Corporation and InterWorld Corporation. Kevin received his juris doctor degree from Tulane Law School and a bachelor of arts degree from Yale University.

  • Francis A. Peloso

    Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

    Mr. Peloso serves as our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He previously served as the Vice President and Director, Human Resources of the Exelis Mission Systems business. Appointed to this role in November 2010, Mr. Peloso is responsible for all Human Resources activities and strategies. Mr. Peloso joined ITT Corporation in 2000 and has worked across a variety of business areas, including ITT Corporation’s World Headquarters, ITT Mission Systems, ITT Communications Systems, and ITT Electronic Systems. From April 2010 to November 2010, Mr. Peloso served as the West Coast Regional Director for the Electronic Systems Division of ITT Corporation. From June 2009 to April 2010, Mr. Peloso served as the Vice President and Director of Human Resources for the Communications Systems Division of ITT Corporation. Mr. Peloso has a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fairfield University.
