By Ramona Adams, ExecutiveBiz, August 17, 2017-Vectrus‘ systems business has received a $49.5 million contract modification to help manage U.S. Army base operations in Qatar.
The Defense Department said Wednesday Vectrus will perform work in Doha, Qatar, through Sept. 29, 2018.
The Army Contracting Command obligated the full modification amount at the time of award from the service branch’s fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds.
Vectrus secured a $28.7 million contract in March to provide base operations support for the Army’s Area Support Group-Qatar.
Multiple sites operated by Vectrus within the Department of Defense Information Network, were selected as Facility of the Year by the Defense Information Systems Agency-Europe (DISA-E). Read more
